She has held senior roles at SRI International, Microsoft Research, and Amazon Alexa, and previously served as Chief Science Officer at Ellipsis Health where she led speech based mental health assessment.
As a Senior Advisor at Nūr, Elizabeth guides the scientific foundations of vocal signal interpretation, ML validation, market and product readiness, and the integration of human behavior research into real world AI systems. Her career includes more than three decades of contributions to machine learning, affective computing, and conversational AI, as well as over 300 publications and patents.
